Our business account is Paypal verified.   Processing of your order: It takes a maximum of 2 weeks (14 days) for your order to be processed and mailed out. Please read our FAQ to see why we have this policy. Shipping: We ship WORLDWIDE. We use registered & recorded airmail which is trackable and originates from Athens via the national Hellenic postal system. Packages normally take 3-6 business days in transit towards European destinations and 6-12 business days in transit to the United States, Canada, Australia (and all other worldwide destinations). In  calendar days the amount of time may vary depending on weekends, holidays and the efficiency of postal services at a given time of year. Shipping charges: Shipping and handling costs $9.50 USD for all items to all locations. Worldwide. Each item is delivered in its own gift-pouch within the exterior packaging. Special Shipping Offer:   Thinking of economising on your transportation costs? Looking at a few items that would make an ideal set? Or how about settling some gift obligations for an upcoming birthday? Now you can add extra items (as many!) to your order and we'll only charge you the shipping costs of one item! That's correct! Shipping and handling Which counties do you ship to? We ship our items worldwide! When should I expect to receive my order? Processing time for orders is guarranteed within 14 calendar days. Items will frequently be dispatched sooner if your selection of items is readily in stock. Shipping normally takes 3-6 days to arrive at European destinations and 6-12 business days to arive in the United States of America, Australia and all other destinations. Business days are non-weekend and non-holiday. In total if you are located in Europe you should expect your order to arrive in from 3 to 5 weeks and if you are located outside Europe from 4 to 6 weeks.   Why are 14 days required for order processing? Our workshop is only recently made it's entire range available directly to the public through Greek Jewelry Shop. A high proportion of the items featured have never been available via the internet before and were previously accessible only to our business customers. In order to make such a large number of items readily available for individual ordering, a 14 day processing time was required as a cushion for our stock control. This allows us the necessary amount of time to manufacture any item in our workshop, if at the time of your order it was temporarily unavailable. What taxes are charged? (European citizens only) Value added tax (VAT) is required for all purchases made by EU citizens. The applied rate is the Greek rate (19%). We currently cover these taxes within our prices and there is no surcharge. The rate is inclusive in our quoted prices when we ship an item to a EU location.
